Join Valentine & I in discovering the transformative power of cold-water immersions and hot yoga.

Cold water immersion beautifully combines elements of challenge, adventure, and focused mindfulness. It’s an invigorating practice that allows us to calm our minds, focus on our breath, and deepen our understanding of our body’s sensations. This practice strengthens mental resilience, promotes overall well-being, and deepens self-awareness.

Valentine will guide you through a 45-minute vinyasa flow in the pod, heated to 37 degrees, to energise and stretch your body. I will then guide you through some pranayama and breathing exercises to calm your mind and prepare for the ice bath.

You’ll also have the chance to practice some inversions with Valentine in the pod, enjoy a cup of tea and some delicious snacks while you wait for your cold-water immersion.

To end this experience, we will lead you through a Nurturing flow, leaving you fully relaxed and rejuvenated.
